Thank you for visiting and shopping at JELRAPH.com.
These are the terms and conditions which constitute our shipping condition.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. The processing time is different from the time of delivery.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
Shipping Responsibility
Once ready, the packages collected for shipment are processed by DHL or colissimo; please contact DHL or colissimo via the link received by SMS or email to manage the order independently.
JELRAPH does not provide assistance on changes of addresses or consignee details, release of stock, reshipment or any other after DHL has taken charge of and does not respond to incorrect data provided for shipment . Therefore, please always check the recipient's data before confirming orders.
Any storage and return costs will be charged in order to receive orders not managed by the recipient.
Once the 7 days of storage have elapsed, additional delivery costs will be charged as well as any storage and handling costs.
Delay
Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
If the transport company exceptionally delays for an internal problem, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text message containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you do not receive any information within 3 days, please check that the data you provided is correct.
Customs, duties and taxes
JELRAPH is responsible for all customs duties and taxes applied to your order. Any charges imposed during shipping are the responsibility of JELRAPH

JELRAPH is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipment.
If you received your order damaged, please DO NOT accept the package(s) and DO NOT sign for it. Please contact us immediately if this happens.
